South Tower
South Tower was the fourth of five towers built by Coscan Construction at the Point of Aventura, developed by Coscan Homes. This high rise tower includes six high-speed elevators and a two-story lobby with a tropical water garden. The project sits atop an eight-foot thick mat foundation. Coscan Construction took extreme care to protect the quality of life within this busy community while South Tower was being built. Coscan focused on staging and logistics, pedestrian safety, controlling windborne debris, protection of adjacent property, traffic control, project cleanliness and material delivery issues.
